Resident FAQS
Common Questions From Residents
No. Subleasing or assigning your lease to another person is not permitted. Only the individuals listed on the signed lease agreement are authorized to occupy the property. Allowing additional occupants or transferring possession of the home without written approval is a violation of the lease and may result in lease termination. If your situation changes, please contact Solis Property Management to discuss your options.
Lease agreements are legally binding for the full term stated in the contract. Early termination is generally not permitted without financial consequences. Some leases may include an early termination provision outlining required notice, fees, and conditions. Residents who need to request early termination must submit a written notice and will remain responsible for rent and related costs as outlined in the lease agreement until the terms are satisfied.
We strongly encourage all applicants to carefully review their lease agreement before signing and to contact our office with any questions regarding lease terms or obligations.
